Clean Diesel has developed a range of technologies aimed at improving the levels of emissions from diesel vehicles. Its products include the Platinum Plus ® fuel bourne catalyst range, the Platinum Plus Purifier and the ARIS ® urea injection systems for selective catalytic reduction of Nox. The Purifier E4 is a retrofit product which can upgrade vehicles to higher emissions standard levels. Management expect to see significant sales from upgrades to buses and trucks ahead of the introduction of Low Emissions Zones around cities such as London. Revenue for the first quarter of 2007 was $216,000 and Clean Diesel made a net loss of $1.8 million. First quarter license fees amounted to $11,000 - mainly to royalty payments for ARIS. Cash was $6.3 million at end March. Cash burn in the quarter was $2 million.
