ReneSola Ltd, the Chinese solar wafer manufacturer which is listed on the AIM market, listed on the NYSE through an IPO at the end of January.

ReneSola is advised by Hanson Westhouse in the UK. Book runners for the IPO were Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. Co-managers were Piper Jaffray & Co, Lazard Capital Markets LLC and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. ReneSola sold 10 million American Depositary Shares, of which 9.2 million are new shares, at a price of $13 per share. ReneSola manufactures solar wafers through monocrystalline and multicrystalline wafer technologies: it also manufactures virgin polysilicon.
