Prestige Group, Grupo Inland invest in Abrasolo |

Via its private equity arm, Sasor, Spanish industrial player Prestige Group has taken a 60% stake in engineering firm Abrasolo. At the same time, its peer Grupo Inland bought a 40% share in the company. The overall value of the deal is €15 million.
Abrasolo is active in the installation of energy systems powered via renewable sources, such as photovoltaic and thermal. With the new capital, the company plans to develop a portfolio of 10MW in 2008 across projects valued at €60 million in the Spanish regions of Almería, Cáceres and Zamora. |
