DARWEN HOLDINGS (DHP) PDF Print E-mail

Bus manufacturer Darwen Holdings PLC was admitted to AIM on 25 February. The company, which is chaired and majority owned by Roy Stanley, who is also chairman of the AIM listed electric van manufacturer Tanfield, is developing a range of hybrid diesel electric buses.

PURECIRCLE (PURE) PDF Print E-mail


PureCircle Limited began trading on AIM at the end of last year, raising $50 million through the issue of 14.3 million shares at a price of $3.5 per share. PureCircle, which is advised by Hanson Westhouse, was valued at $456 million at the placing price. The funds raised will be used to finance expansion of the company’s production facilities.
